How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Tokin Deals offers rapid order processing with same day shipping for most orders placed Monday – Friday before 1:00pm EST. Most orders will arrive in just 2 to 3 business days with our standard shipping method. These times are just estimates based on average travel times. Actual transit times may vary. Please allow extra time during holidays and other peak shipping times.

How will my package be shipped?

We place a very high value on your privacy, so your orders will always be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Our packaging is inconspicuous with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging; no Tokin Deals logo, no product indications. The return label on your package will indicate “Shipping Department”, along with our address.

Does my product come with a Warranty?

Tokin Deals is a certified reseller and only offers 100% Authentic brand name products. Your item is guaranteed to be exactly as described and authenticity is never in question since we thoroughly screen our suppliers. Warranty varies by product and Tokin Deals is able to offer any warranty that is offered by the manufaturer of the product. There are certain products that do not come with warranties. More information about the warranty for a particular product can be found on the product page on the “Additional Information” tab.

Tokin Deals is able to fulfill orders Monday through Friday. Our Shipping Policy features rapid order processing with same-day shipping for most orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:30pm EST.

Orders are shipped from warehouses located across the United States including location in South Florida, New Jersey, and Texas. Will I have to sign for my package?

Some orders will be subject to a confirmation signature. This is usually based on the order value and will be at the sole discretion of Tokin Deals. We will notify you if a signature will be required for your order.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do NOT ship to Post Office Boxes. A verified address will be required for shipping purposes. Larger orders and most vaporizers are shipped with FedEx, which offers a sophisticated tracking system.

No. At this time we do NOT offer international shipping.

What’s your return policy?

If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, just ship back to us unopened in brand new condition within 30 days of your purchase. Product must be in the same condition as when shipped. The product cannot be returned, if it has been installed, modified, or used in any way. After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for return will not be accepted. Just shoot us an email at orders@tokindeals.com first to get your return instructions. Returns without notification may be delayed or sent back to the sender.
